Passing Out Uniforms
When distributing your uniforms, please line up the players from smallest to tallest. Uniforms will have increasing size with the increasing number (#2 is smallest size; biggest number is largest size).
Those teams with an additional player have had additional uniforms ordered. The majority of those uniforms should be available when you pick up your uniforms. If your additional uniform has not yet arrived when you pick up, please do not issue a uniform to your largest player. The additional uniforms will be of the larger size and should arrive before the first game.
Uniform Issues
Uniforms that are too small for a player can be ordered and replaced. Uniforms that are too large WILL NOT be replaced. Please contact [email protected]
Player Forms
Player forms may be available at uniform pick-up. If they are ready, you will receive them. If not, you will need to come to the Admin tables prior to the start of your first game and pick them up.
Filling Out Game Cards
Fill out your game cards before the game. This will help the referees to get the teams check-in on-time. Here are the steps to fill out your game card correctly (see the example card below):
1. Fill out Region (359), Age Group, Team #, and Date.
2. Fill out Team Name and opposing team (name or number)
3. Fill out coach and assistant coach names.
4. List all players in number order.
5. Write the first and last name of each player.
6. If you know a player will not be at the game, then write "ABSENT" on their row to the right of their name.
